Harmony is a high yielding main-crop white with high yields and long dormancy, producing high numbers of large tubers and few outgrades.

This variety has a low dry matter and is used for general ware, repacking
and bakers. It is the ultimate variety for bold quality skinned uniformed tubers.

Harmony may require irrigation to excel. It has good resistance to gangrene, common scab, bruising and potato leaf roll virus. It has partial resistance to potato cyst nematode Ro1 and Pa2/3 but is moderately
susceptible to blight, black leg, powdery scab and potato virus Y.

Caithness Potatoes produces Harmony mainly for the UK market although some is produced for other European markets.
